"Can my group throw a room party?"
We'd love to have you or your group throw a party at WhoFest but we need to have you register with us first. There's a simple form to fill out that lets you know the rules and lets us know that you know the rules. E-mail the WhoFest hotel liaison at hotel@whofestdfw.org for all the details.

"I live locally, why should I stay at the hotel?"
You are supporting the convention. We need to reach a certain number of 'room nights' to keep the cost of the convention space as low as possible.
It's safer. You don't have to worry about driving home after a long day at the con.
You have a place to crash during the day, a place to change outfits, and a place to store your many purchases from the dealers room.
