Volunteering is rewarding: In addition to the fun of meeting fellow Whovians and the pride of knowing that you are helping to create a quality convention, we will be documenting volunteer hours for several cool rewards. (Details coming soon.)
How can I help: Volunteer tasks include preparing convention materials, set up at the hotel, assisting with the Hospitality Suite, serve as program facilitator or door monitor, traffic control, information guide, assist with audio-video technology, general runner, and many more!

All WhoFest volunteers must be 18 years of age or older.
Each person will be assigned to an area as needed. Check with the volunteer coordinator when you arrive for any last-minute updates to the schedule.
You will be representing WhoFest while serving on the WhoFest team, so please be courteous and helpful to each other and your fellow fans.
Volunteers may not consume alcohol or be intoxicated while on duty.
Volunteers must abide by the convention rules.
Volunteers must have paid memberships in WhoFest 4.
WhoFest is entirely fan-run and organized by the Dallas Future Society, a Federally-recognized non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation. We're all volunteers and nobody makes a single dime off of WhoFest or any other DFS event. (We're also the folks who bring you FenCon every year.)
