Or, as Daleks say: PAR-TIC-I-PATE!

WHO needs YOU! (That's a statement, not a question.) Whether you can work one shift or several, we need your help to make this a successful and fun convention for all. All volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and paying members attending the convention.

Volunteering is rewarding: In addition to the fun of meeting fellow Whovians and the pride of knowing that you are helping to create a quality convention, we will be documenting volunteer hours for several cool rewards. (Details coming soon.)

How can I help: Volunteer tasks include preparing convention materials, set up at the hotel, assisting with the Hospitality Suite, serve as program facilitator or door monitor, traffic control, information guide, assist with audio-video technology, general runner, and many more!

Signing up: Let us know if you are interested in volunteering, and if you have any preferences in time-frame or tasks. PLease email by clicking on the link WhoFest Volunteer coordinator

But what about...: If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to volunteers@whofestdfw.org. We look forward to hearing from you!

Anything else I need to keep in mind? Yes:
